Vacation Rental Management Company seeks a Vacation Specialist for the Kitty Hawk, NC office location. The Vacation Specialist is a front-line representative of the company. This is an entry-level position with many different tasks and responsibilities. Here is a sampling of the duties/qualities being sought with this position:

-Ability to report to work on time is mandatory

-Reliable transportation to report to work at our Kitty Hawk office location

-Computer Skills including typing skills and various basic software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

-At least a high school education

-No Experience Required, we will train, however, experience with Streamline, NAVIS and/or Breezeway a PLUS, but not necessary

-Positive attitude with background in customer service with a willingness to learn and excel

-Polished phone personality and sales mindset are critical to success

-Direct accountability for performance

-Maintain and follow up with leads through our lead management software

-Ability to respond to emails from guests and homeowners in an intelligent and thoughtful manner

-Respond to emails/chats with no typographical or grammatical errors

-Reserve vacation rental properties over the phone and extensive follow up with guests

-Continuous preparation of arrival information for our guests

-Generate work orders for guests experiencing maintenance or housekeeping issues at their rental property.

-Organize and maintain information needed for the company to ensure a smooth rental season

-Ability to interact and communicate with coworkers in a positive and productive way

-Dress is business casual professional office attire

-Excellent communication skills

Salary: $16.00 /hour Monthly Bonuses
