Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Engineer to lead the engineering team at a prestigious luxury residential property. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance, safety, and functionality of all engineering operations within the property. This role requires a proactive leader with extensive experience in property management and a passion for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of engineering operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and optimal performance of all equipment and systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional resident experiences.
• Manage the budget for the engineering department, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury residential or
• hospitality setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective maintenance programs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
