Staffing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator for our home care company. The Staffing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of all schedules and making necessary adjustments as required. This position reports directly to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of caregiver schedules
• Make timely adjustments to schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and clients to obtain necessary information and clarify scheduling details
• Publish open shifts and maintain at least a 98% fill rate
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all scheduling changes and communications in the scheduling system
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling efficiency
• Report various KPIs and other data to management as needed or requested
• Attend meetings as needed or required
• Utilize scheduling software to manage schedules and coordinate caregiver assignments

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with caregivers and clients
• Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and integrity
• Experience with scheduling software, particularly AxisCare, is highly desirable
• Previous experience in a staffing coordinator or similar role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
