Front Office Assistant

Overview

Local company has an opening for an experienced front desk receptionist/office assistant. Ideal candidate must be customer focused, have attention to detail, and must be able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet dealers, drivers, vendors, customers, & job applicants in a friendly manner
• Maintain call & visitor log daily
• Operate and field incoming calls to correct department
• Assist customers with trailer drop-off or pick-up by relaying information to either production or service departments
• Respond to customer inquiries by taking detailed messages and directing inquiries to correct department via email
• Support the front office by maintaining supply stock levels & placing supplies orders as per schedule
• Check and respond to voicemails and emails left for the office
• Assist with other office duties as requested or needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
• Highly effective verbal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professionalism in all aspects of job
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
