Outlaw Trailer Conversions, LP is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Stephenville, TX

Outlaw Conversions Service Center is seeking a self-starter with a passion for helping others, an aptitude for critical thinking. We count on our Customer Service Representative to deliver friendly greeting and assist callers in resolving their issues by contacting the appropriate person who can help the customer.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and ask how they can help
  • Transfer incoming service calls pertaining to troubleshooting
  • Transfer incoming service calls pertaining to warranty work approvals
  • Transfer incoming service calls with notes regarding scheduling outside service appointments and mobile service calls
  • Conduct follow-up calls with customers with updates on service work, parts, warranty, or outside service as directed by service department
  • Relay messages verbally or by recording and delivering them electronically
  • Call the appropriate person/department requested by the caller
  • Page individuals and inform them of a call
  • Date stamp time of call and record in internal system
  • File messages
  • Operate internal phone system
  • Operate two-way radio
  • Arrange or confirm customer drop off
  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers
  • Work with a wide range of disciplines and personalities, both internally and externally
  • Provide weekly reports as requested
  • Perform other clerical duties as necessary

Requirements:

  • Customer service skills and personal interaction/interpersonal skills
  • Oral and written communication skills, including ability to effectively gather and communicate details
  • Ability to learn new applications and processes quickly
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business and customer needs, maintaining a high degree of flexibility
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented, and organized
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented approach to day-to-day operations
  • Cost estimation experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office tools and proficiency working with Word templates and document styles

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
