**Description**

As a Customer Service Professional, you will provide top quality, seamless service to Outlook's customers. You will be the primary contact for the sales representatives that support your customers.

* Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education

* Strong customer service skills

* Strong written communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Strong computer skills

* Accurate order entry skills

* Experience in a fast-paced printing, label making or contract packaging company preferred

* Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Word and Excel

* Familiarity with ERP systems

* Ability to build strong relationships with customers, maintaining regular contact, being aware of purchasing patterns, and trying to anticipate needs

* Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time
