Outreach is Hiring a Customer Care Receptionist Near Colorado, CO

Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The core mission of the Customer Care / Receptionist part-time (mornings, 8 AM-Noon, M-F) job-share position in our building Lobby, is to present a warm, caring, friendly first impression to the corporate office’s visitors and callers as the company's ambassador. Additionally, the Customer Care team will be assisted by this individual for their team's objectives as available, including but not limited to web order matching, returns, entering reseller orders, and other Customer Care functions in support of the Outreadch Marketing Products - Sales department as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Greet Guests and Vendors warmly, and ensure the building’s security protocols for building access
  • Log on to phone system, listen and distribute Customer Care, Sales, and Operator voice mails
  • Answer and direct calls to appropriate extension; page employee or tenant as necessary
  • Daily distribution of mail to appropriate department
  • General administrative & organizational tasks as assigned
  • Enter Web Requests and Web Orders, match web orders
  • Process Customer Service Back orders
  • Job shared between two people with part-time schedules in a flexible work arrangement

OTHER DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clerical assistance to Supervisor(s) and Executive Staff, as needed
  • Stock lobby with Outreach Magazine, Outreach Catalog, and/or any other marketing collateral
  • Maintain Reception area, keep neat and organized
  • Assist the Customer Care team with returns, reseller orders, emails and other functions as needed
  • Acquire general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 0-2 years of Customer Service experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Job-share arrangement with morning & afternoon coverage
  • Office environment
  • Intermittent sitting, standing and walking.
  • Intermittent quiet to lively working environment
  • Telephone and computer work at least 75% or more of each working day.
  • Reasonable levels of stress.
