What you'll do?

• NPI: engage new suppliers & contract manufactures
• Process excellence: oversee the internal supplier quality org. You will work with supplier quality engineers, create standard operating procedures, drive KPIs, and influence the supplier metrics.

You will be responsible for product planning and holding suppliers accountable. You will perform reviews and qualifications on global suppliers.

You will manage a small team of supplier development engineers and you will be responsible for helping to influence their supplier quality organization.

They are looking for someone in the Scottsdale area who can go onsite to their North Scottsdale office.

Their ideal candidate has stood up a process excellence project before, has built out a data dashboard, and has relevant industry experience in the automotive, medical device, aerospace, or electronics space.
