We are seeking an individual with 3 years MINIMUM, VERIFIABLE roofing and/or construction experience to join our team. Our business deals with multiple areas of roofing (TPO, tear off/dry in, shingles, and metal) siding, soffit and fascia, rain gutter, windows, and aluminum awnings.

To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to:

* Deliver projects within a timeline

* Repair or replace a wide range of broken materials

* Service work: repairs of roofs, siding, rain gutter, soffit and fascia, etc. using various materials and tools

* Remove debris to place new materials

* Use hand tools and other equipment (e.g. drills, scaffold, ladder, etc.)

* Ensure roofs - protect buildings from weather conditions, such as rain or snow

* Follow safety rules

* Communication

Requirements and Skills:

- 3 years of VERIFIABLE experience in roofing, construction, and/or carpentry

- Valid driver's license, clean driving record (must provide current MVR), and reliable transportation

- Experience using various hand/power tools and heavy equipment

- Ability to work at heights for long hours

- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds of materials and tools

- Good balance, sure footing, and ability to work at multi-story heights

- Ability to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb stairs and ladders

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude

- Knowledge of roofing systems

- Can work independently and as part of a team environment

- Can communicate well (multiple languages are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $40.00 per hour
