Job Description

Outsource is currently looking for a PART TIME Administrative Assistant with at least one year of experience in the construction industry for a great client in Laguna Hills, CA. Our client is looking for someone to start immediately. This position is contract to hire. 20 hours per week to start with an increase in hours possibly in the future.

The position will help support a busy Contractor's fast paced office.

Schedule is Monday-Friday. 20 hours per week. Afternoons preferred. Start time anywhere between 11 am-1 pm.

Administrative Assistant Job :

  • Maintain and track all open work orders for assigned client(s).
  • Answer phones and greet visitors. Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, vendors, sub contractors
  • Coordinate and schedule work orders and service requests
  • Prevailing Wage Compliance
  • Change orders
  • Lien Releases
  • RFI's
  • Insurance Certificates
  • Provide general administrative/operations support to the team
  • Billing

Administrative Assistant Qualifications :

  • 1 year of Administrative support experience in the CONSTRUCTION industry
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with various computer applications
  • Excellent customer service skills in a fast paced, service oriented environment
  • Microsoft Office experience including: Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Must have experience with the DESKTOP version of QuickBooks
  • Great typing/data entry skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced office
  • Willingness to provide varied support to the Department
  • Must be comfortable working part time (20 hours per week to start)
