Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Housing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of affordable property management, social work, and fair housing regulations to assist our company provide housing solutions to a site level and corporate level.

Responsibilities:
- Complete AFHMPs "Affirmidtive Fair Housing Marketing Plans"
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulations with our forms and manuals
- Collaborate with property managers and upper management
- Assist Site Property Managers in navigating the process

-Catch overflow phone calls for both Tenants and HOA homeowvers
Skills:
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations (USDA, NCHFA LIHTC, USDA RD)
- Ability to handle crisis management situations effectively
