We are currently seeking a Cashier & Receptionist with Clerical/Bookkeeping skills to become an integral part of our team! You will work with customers to cashier payments on services and parts sales as well as vehicle sales. You will also answer phones and direct customers to the appropriate department and assist with general customer questions in store.

Responsibilities:

• General receptionist duties, answer phones and customer questions
• Collect payment for Repair Orders and Parts Tickets and post it in the accounting system
• Collect payment on Vehicle Sales and record it in the accounting system.
• Collect Accounts Receivable payments and posting payments to vendor accounts
• General Office Duties: filing of repair orders, parts tickets, and receipts
• Scanning repair orders, parts tickets, and car deals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Bilingual is preferred (Spanish)
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Understanding of accounting principles
• Strong typing skills, Good with a 10-Key Calculator, and Good with numbers
• Strong communication skills for assisting customers and working with team members
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
