We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to ensure a seamless and successful integration of new clients into Nitro!
As our Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact during the crucial initial phase, expertly handling everything from assessing publishers' needs to guiding tech product discussions and implementing advertising and monetization strategies. Your role is crucial in setting up clients for success, with your main focus being onboarding rather than ongoing daily management.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

• Manage the comprehensive onboarding process for your assigned clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for their success.
• Serve as the liaison between new clients and our internal teams during the onboarding phase, using Slack, video calls, and email to maintain clear and focused communication.
• Monitor client performance during the initial setup period, suggesting improvements and optimizing strategies for a robust start.
• Resolve initial technical issues swiftly, providing effective client-side support during the onboarding phase.
• Conduct initial check-ins and perform proactive assessments to ensure successful client integration.
• Utilize our suite of products to provide tailored solutions that meet and exceed client expectations during the critical early stages of their journey with Nitro.

Requirements:

• Based in US Central Time Zone
• 1-2 years of experience in Client Support or Technical Support.
• Strong foundation and technical fluency in AdTech, preferably with hands-on experience.
• Thorough understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and its technologies.
• Proficiency with SSP dashboards and CRM systems.
• Proven strategic problem-solving and client management skills.
• Positive demeanor, with the agility and focus necessary to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional patience and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with short bows and giant space hamsters.
• Proven ability to carry exceptional amounts of loot.
