Automotive Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Provide information about available vehicle models, features, and pricing options.
• Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities and address customer inquiries.
• Guide customers in selecting the ideal vehicle that suits their requirements and budget.
• Skillfully negotiate pricing and terms of sale to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.

Requirements:

• Sales experience, particularly within the automotive industry, is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in upselling techniques and outbound sales strategies.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to effectively utilize cold calling and lead generation methods.
• Familiarity with sales management software is desirable.
• Knowledge of automotive sales processes and industry trends.

* Must be available to work Monday - Saturday.
* This position operates on a commission-based structure, with earnings dependent on individual effort and experience.
