Pay Scale – Potential to make $35,000-80,000

• Completes phone inquiries – getting all information
• Follows up calls till they show up in Dealership
• Completes on floor client sales and follow-ups
• Completes write ups (four squares)/close deal
• Completes CRM daily with no overdue/dormant
• Introduces parts and service departments to customers
• Learns parts counter transactions
• Has knowledge of all product, accessories, and services offered
• Up sells accessories and service
• Teams up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Keeps on floor models looking perfect
• Updates showroom displays
• Learns and follows sales procedures
• Sets up appointments
• Builds productive trust relationships with customers
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service – greets with a smile, introduces self, shakes their hands, including load up
• Assesses customer needs and provides assistance and information on product features
• Goes the extra mile to drive sales
• Actively seeks out customers in and outside of store
• Takes all required OEM sales training
