Russell Tobin is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Charlotte, NC
Seeking an experienced Construction PM with 5 years of ground up commercial or multifamily construction experience to join an established and highly rated GC/CM firm operating in and around the Charlotte metro.
The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to close out. You will work with senior management and act as the primary point of contact for clients as well as field leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project budgets, updating job cost/profit forecasts monthly.
- Manage plan revision, submittal, RFI, pay application, and change order processes.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and manage client expectations.
- Coordinate with precon team with buyouts and prepare purchase orders and subcontractor/trade partner agreements
- Provide timely status reports to internal stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Experience with ProCore is preferred
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
