The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, meeting with project partners, managing lead field , and teams. The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Fuel Construction Manger to join our team. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, meeting with project partners, managing lead field , and teams. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with teams on an ongoing basis regarding objectives and progress
- Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site
- Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring deadlines are meet
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations
- Conduct ongoing quality inspections
- Proven experience as a Fuel Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with construction software and project management tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work outside
- Pull permits according to job needs
- Availability to work overtime and weekends
- Clean driving record
- OSHA cert not required but recommended
- Attend meetings reviewing EOM P&L
