Description

The Referral Assistant is responsible for daily, administrative tasks related to the review and processing of incoming and outgoing referrals for patients.

Responsibilities

• Answering and routing of phone traffic within clinic.
• Processing incoming patient referrals and paperwork.
• Processing outgoing patient referrals and paperwork.
• Handling of medical records requests and referral updates.
• General data entry, scanning, and uploading of documents - ensuring all patient and referral information is properly included in files and EMR.
• Assisting in the preparation of patient equipment for shipping and receiving.
• Ordering of necessary office and medical equipment from vendors.
• General administrative duties when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
