Call Center Telemarketing Pro (must have 2-3 solid years of telemarketing experience)

Marketing Department - Position located in Stuart, Florida

We do ​NOT cold call. All customers have responded to our marketing efforts and are either calling us for more info or have filled out a form on our website to be contacted.

​ Compensation: $18/hr plus bonus/commission incentives

​ Work Schedule: May start out as Part-Time hours with rotating Saturdays (10am-2pm)

Responsibilities:

• Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients
• Educate prospective clients on products and services
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Maintain record of client contact information
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
