Position located at events throughout the Palm Beach and Broward counties.

OX Floor Coatings, www.oxfloors.com, is looking for a part-time Event Show Personnel (Independent Contractor status) mainly for the Palm Beach and Broward counties to assist OX at company-sponsored events.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing department supports the business by promoting OX’s brand, products, and services for the target audience or followers resulting in lasting business relationships and increased product or service profits. Your job is to greet and meet attendees at third-party event shows and introduce OX Floor Coatings to attendees, whereby your interaction transforms the attendees to sales leads.

This is an excellent role for someone that possess an extrovert personality and thrives in a group setting and/or in sea of people and loves to interact with numerous people from various backgrounds.

Your main responsibilities are to:

• Entice event show guests to stop by our OX booth and provide basic product information to result in a sales lead
• Set appointments and/or obtain guest contact information
• Exemplify a customer-orientated approach
• Data entry and use of iPad

OX is looking for and Independent Contractor that has these skillsets:

• Prior trade show sales, canvasser, or related experience helpful, including sales and promotions
• Proficient with basic computer usage and database management
• Top-notch verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
• A professional, genuine, and courteous disposition
• Must not be shy to approach event attendees in person

WORK SCHEDULE

Contingent upon Third-Party Event Venue's schedule: Typically any day from Friday through Sunday, 9am-6pm per day

Must have satisfactory background check and drug test

Job Type: Full-timePay: $15 per hour plus Commission potential!

Schedule:

• Typically 6-8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
