What You’ll Do:As a Maintenance Technician, you will be crucial in maintaining and ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. You'll work with a variety of equipment, including winders, recutters, balers, and forklifts. Your day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and installing machinery, performing welding and fabrication, and keeping our work area clean and efficient. Your expertise will help us continue to produce top-quality recycled paper goods.
What We’re Looking For:We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or GED (preferred), strong mechanical aptitude, and a stellar safety record. You should be ready to take on physical tasks, including lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
