OX Tools Global is Hiring an Associate Key Account Manager Near Mooresville, NC

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for supporting profitable sales growth within key account(s) through identifying opportunities in line-reviews, networking, face-to-face meetings, phone calls, virtual meetings, and other sales activities. Key account growth will come from line-reviews, off-shelf promotions, product range extensions, in-store and virtual product training, marketing initiatives, new product introductions & new business development using the proven OX Tools Sales Playbook and Sales Processes. The marketing programs & merchandising strategies designed to maximize the OX Brand will support you to achieve the full potential within the Key Account(s).

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

  • Execute the OX Tools Sales Playbook autonomously to achieve customer success.
  • Assist Key Account Managers in rapidly growing key account sales to meet monthly targets through continual research, promotional activities, and account management meetings.
  • Expand our in-store footprint through prompt and accurate communication, line-review presentations, and off-shelf promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain regular communication with key contacts within key accounts through a structured call cycle to:
  • Present OX promotional activities.
  • Attend customer events.
  • Identify opportunities for new product introductions.
  • Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings, as well as company and industry events.
  • Complete daily call logs and enter follow-up information into the OX Tools NA CRM System (Numerik).
  • Work closely with the product team to ensure new products and development align with the customer’s opportunity pipeline

Project & Channel Management

  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly revenue streams from key accounts.
  • Maintain promotional and marketing plans for key accounts.
  • Manage projects, including line reviews, resets, product roll-outs, and customer events.
  • Foster strong working relationships with product, marketing, and operational teams to support customers at all levels.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure new products and developments align with the customer’s opportunity pipeline.
  • Solve problems proactively and energetically in line with the OX Ideal Team Player outline.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  1. Extensive sales experience in Power Tool, PTA and Hand Tool market and managing Key and National Accounts.
  2. Strong track record of driving revenue in the industry, with a keen sense of how to efficiently meet customer needs.
  3. Strong network of existing relationships with relevant executives of potential customer and partner organizations.
  4. Detail oriented with an ability to implement and execute repeatable processes within a fast-growth organization.
  5. Goal-oriented: naturally motivated to reach milestones.
  6. Outstanding integrity, credibility, and character.
  7. First class communication skills and the ability to win commitment and ‘buy in’ to a common vision and clearly stated goals.
  8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  9. Stress and time management skills.
  10. High-energy and a willingness to learn the OX Playbook way to succeed.
