Senior Director of Sales

Location: Atlanta, GA

As a Senior Director of Sales, you will manage our multi-channel sales departments, reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, to help oversee continued growth and success. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, coaching new team members, and engaging with customers to strengthen our relationships with them. In this role, you’ll work across departments to ensure continuous alignment. You will help our sales managers craft successful playbooks to hit high-KPIs.

You Will:

  • Recruit, coach, develop and guide the sales department towards exceeding goals/quotas
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing quotas
  • Manage organizational growth by crafting business plans and budgets that will impact new and recurring business
  • Analyze pipeline and lead data, providing periodic reporting on trends, win/loss, conversion rates, sales activity etc.
  • Drive the successful implementation of sequences, automations and processes
  • Monitor market trends, competitors and economic indicators; using knowledge to expand sales outreach
  • Supervise, manage and deliver performance reports for a large sales organization
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure white-glove customer experience and process alignment for improved lead generation
  • Implement best practices for inbound and outbound outreach efforts for different deal stages
  • Partner with clients to better understand their business needs and goals to help innovate upon our solutions
  • All other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • 2 years’ management/leadership experience for a phone/virtual sales environment
  • Consistent track record of success exceeding sales quota
  • Ability to identify appropriate sales strategies and execute a sales plan
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills and are highly-motivated and
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience selling SaaS products
