Oxbow Middle/High School, located in Bradford, Vermont is seeking to hire a full-time middle and high school Science teacher (spanning grades 7-12) starting with the 2024-2025 school year. The middle school science content will be general science and the high school science will be Chemistry and Physics. The Middle School and High School Science Teacher is responsible for creating a flexible middle level and high school level program and a class environment favorable to learning and personal growth. The teacher will work to establish effective rapport with students, to motivate students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education in accordance with each student’s ability, and to establish good relationships with parents and other staff members. Experience working with Project-Based and Experiential Learning is a plus.
