About Our Oxfam ShopsOpen for business since 1948, Oxfam shops are at the heart of the charity and their community, raising vital funds and increasing public awareness of what we do. The Role of our Area ManagersIn this role, you will directly manage and oversee all aspects of Oxfam shop management within a defined geographical remit and to be instrumental in the growth and development of the shops and our online business in line with our feminist principles and values. Through strong leadership you will lead and empower a team of staff (and volunteers) to deliver high levels of excellent customer service while offering support, direction and inspiration when needed. You will develop a strong sense of teamwork working together to deliver high levels of performance across the whole business. You will be responsible for the financial management of the area budgets and to be proactive in the overall strategic direction and development of the business and its people.
Please note: this is an Area Manager role covering Kent, from Gravesend to Tunbridge Wells across to Folkestone. Candidates should live within or on the border of the area.
