Skills/Needs:

-PLC type logic

-May supervise a team of junior security analysts or engineers

- Identifying and prioritizing security risks in ICS and PLC environments

- Balancing security requirements with operational needs

- Making recommendations for security investments and improvements

-monitoring and analyzing network traffic to detect and respond to security incidents

- developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

-collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering and IT to ensure a comprehensive approach to security

-Has experience working in a plant environment, low latency, niche network

-Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

-Will be liason between his department and OT

-Incident response to ServiceNow trouble issues

-Wi-ISP configuration/coordination

-10-15 years experience

-Meraki in their network

-replacing Riverbed infrastructure, may move to new platform, pain point here

-Overall 200 assets (switch/routers) they will be supporting in response to direction from Global Network Manager

-Documentation, collaboration and communication is key
