Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the electrical and instrumentation engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
- Oversee the development and execution of electrical and instrumentation design projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Review and approve electrical and instrumentation design drawings, schematics, conduit layouts, panel designs, and other technical documents.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to project teams as needed.
- Develop and implement best practices for electrical and instrumentation engineering processes and procedures.
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with safety protocols and industry best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and advancements in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on instrumentation.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience developing and managing projects related to schematics, conduits, panel designs, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
