Responsibilities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and communicate project status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed their needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects to enhance project execution.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring that all project activities comply with applicable regulations and safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the metals industry or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
