Opening with our banking client for an Investment Systems Analyst.

As an Investment Systems Analyst, you will act as the key business representative for new applications related to community investment product automation projects. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring the successful development and implementation of systems that enhance grant and loan programs. This role requires a mix of business acumen and technical expertise, with a strong emphasis on project and product management within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business representative for applications related to community investment product automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for system development.
• Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and reports to support decision-making processes.
• Utilize project management skills to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems for grant and loan programs.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Assist in the development of product management strategies and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing/Communications, or a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• Five or more years of experience, with an emphasis on project and product management in financial services.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau, with proven experience as a developer.
• Experience with SaaS or Python is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
