Oxford Solutions is Hiring a Project Engineer Near Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Our client is seeking a dedicated Civil Project Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in planning, designing, and facilitating civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules, as well as a passion for delivering excellence in civil engineering solutions for clients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and execute civil engineering project designs.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules to create detailed project plans, drawings, and models.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and gather data.
- Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project team members.
- Foster strong client relationships and communicate project progress effectively.
- Identify and implement innovative engineering solutions to overcome project challenges.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety and quality in project execution.
- Travel to other offices/meet with clients/attend project-specific meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in civil engineering project design and management.
- EIT required; Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and analysis modules.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with project management software a plus
- Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental sustainability.
- Current, valid driver's license required.
