Responsibilities
- Lead the design, optimization, and management of desktop, laptop, and virtual image performance.
- Provide third-level support for escalated end-user technical issues.
- Monitor, analyze, and tune desktop operating systems for optimal performance.
- Manage and support endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, and Endpoint Analytics.
- Utilize the Nexthink Experience platform for endpoint performance management and analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and network connectivity.
- Support VDI/Azure and M365 environments.
- Leverage database experience to improve system performance and reliability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with desktop operating system performance monitoring, analysis, and tuning.
- Expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (Intune, Endpoint Analytics), M365, and Nexthink Experience (or similar) platform.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows 10/11, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VDI/Azure environments and database systems.
- Mac OS support experience is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
