Oxford Solutions has a full-time direct hire opportunity available with a client for a Software and Data Sales Manager. This role is critical in driving the growth of our SAAS-based solutions and establishing long-term customer relationships. Experience with wastewater data asset management would be a plus.

HYBRID WORK SCHEDULE.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of data collection software solutions to new and existing clients.
• Establish and grow a renewing customer base through proactive cold-calling, project hand-offs, market research, and industry networking.
• Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, expanding our reach within the industry.
• Interface closely with Sales and Engineering teams to understand and resolve unique customer challenges.
• Work collaboratively with customers to ensure their needs are met, offering tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
• Provide expert advice and support throughout the sales cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Manage the hand-off process from sales to implementation, ensuring a seamless transition and clear communication between teams.
• Oversee project logistics and personnel management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with business goals and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications an Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in software sales, preferably in SAAS or data collection software.
• Wastewater asset management experience a plus
• Proven track record in establishing and maintaining a renewing customer base.
• Experience in planning, logistics, and personnel management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface with engineering teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for sales and customer success.
