Oxford Solutions is Hiring a Workday HRIS Analyst Near Germantown, MD
Looking for someone with 2 years of HRIS experience including Workday and SAP HR and payroll modules.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting HR data integrations and the processing of HR transactions and payroll.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee data, including auditing records and compliance with relevant government laws and regulations, considering the company's global operations.
- Provide day-to-day system monitoring and user support.
- Conduct functional testing for HR system fixes, upgrades, patches, and other maintenance tasks, including two major upgrades per year and weekly enhancements.
- Work with various HR departments (Training, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) on the setup and configuration of HR modules and business processes.
- Develop and prepare reports and user-friendly dashboards in collaboration with all HR areas.
- Design and deliver HR system and business process training and documentation for super users and other HR system users.
- Create, maintain, and monitor system security roles and functionality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience with HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of Human Resources, Compensation, Recruiting, and/or Benefits.
- Experience with Workday (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation).
- Preferred experience with SAP HR/Payroll software.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational mindset with the ability to follow through on project goals.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
