Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with attending physicians, nursing staff, and leadership team to provide patient care.
- Oversee and direct LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical support staff in performing nursing procedures and treatments according to physician orders and patient needs.
- Review nurses’ notes and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer treatments and medications, start IVs, and chart/document as required.
- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Ensure a kind, positive, and safe work environment, maintaining professional communication and escalating any concerns to the ADON or DON.

Requirements:
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 1 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
