Job Description: Carpet Cleaning Specialist/ Technician
Oxi Fresh Rocky Mountains is seeking an enthusiastic individual to contribute to our success in our Durango/Farmington and surrounding territories. As a Carpet Cleaning Technician you will play a very important role in providing top notch service while driving sales to new heights.
This is a service AND Sales role. No carpet cleaning experience is necessary and training will be provided. Previous sales and upselling experience is a plus.
We are seeking individuals who are reliable, self driven, takes pride in their work and cares about our customers, sales focused and motivated to make money!
Key Responsibilities: (provide top notch customer service AND increase sales)
- Carpet, Tile and Upholster Cleaning: Provide professional and thorough cleaning services using our eco-friendly cleaning products.
- Sales and Customer Engagement: Showcase your friendly and professional demeanor to build rapport with customers, educate our customers by discussing service options, and upsell additional services using customer focused conversations.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years old or older with a valid driver's license.
- Possess a smartphone with internet access.
- Ability to work independently
- Friendly and professional attitude.
- Dependable, Reliable, self motivated and self managed.
- Successful completion of a motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and drug screening as necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Pay:
- Guaranteed $500 a month with ability to make more based on tips and upsells
- Commercial pay: Hourly
- Residential pay: Commission based 20%, upsell commission 40%
