Job Description:
Assistant Managers are responsible for providing customers with a fast and enjoyable service experience. They are responsible for all areas of the store operations:
Customer service.
Cash handling.
Workflow.
Work assignment & Supervision of associates.
Preventive maintenance of equipment.
You must be fluent in English and have good communication and customer service skills.
Assisting in all areas of the store as needed for completing the workload.They work with the store manager to develop strategies to drive business sales and profitability to a higher level.
Profile:
1. Must be 25 year of age or older
2. Must be able to pass a background check.
3. Education required-High School diploma, GED
4. Management experience desired.
5. Physical / job requirements- Most of the time is spent standing, walking and or in the same position. There is some requirement to lift or handle moderate weight (8-40 lbs.)
6. Additional qualifications- Ability to work a flexible 40 hours per week schedule.
7. Bilingual applicants are preferred. (English/Spanish)
