About this opportunity
The Recruiting Coordinator position at our Tontitown, Arkansas location specializes in assisting our Driver Recruiting team with daily tasks. This position focuses on organization, customer service and detail oriented abilities.
Schedule
This position is Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
This is a full time position that offers:

- $18-20/hour pay range based on experience
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch
- Direct Deposit
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
- Organizing student driver applications across all software programs
- Checking student driver applications for appropriate information
- Work with departments such as Operations, Risk, Recruiting, Safety, and HR as a team player.
- Hiring the student driver within the system with correct information logged
- Work with driver referrals to obtain contact information to hand off to Driver Recruiters
- Serve as the back up to other Recruiting Coordinators on the team
