Seeking an experienced coffee industry professional with expertise in operations and franchise management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of expanding businesses in the coffee chain sector and a genuine passion for coffee culture and products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficiency, consistency, and quality across all coffee chain locations.
- Support existing franchisees and spearhead expansion efforts by identifying and evaluating potential new locations.
- Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Establish and enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10 years of progressive experience in the coffee industry or food and beverage, with a strong focus on operations and franchise management.
- Proven track record of successfully expanding businesses, specifically within the coffee chain sector.
- Deep understanding and appreciation for the coffee industry, with a genuine passion for coffee culture and products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
