- Assist the General Manager in achieving sales initiatives and delivering excellent customer service.
- Oversee both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations according to system-wide standards and procedures.
- Act as the initial point of contact for hourly employees’ questions and concerns, escalating complex issues to the General Manager.
- Coordinate catering events.
- Monitor sales, costs, events, and parties, and report any concerns to the General Manager.
- Manage scheduling responsibilities.
- At least 1 year of experience as a salaried manager in quick-service restaurants (QSR), casual dining, or full-service environments.
- A stable work history that demonstrates career progression.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with skills in working with budgets, basic profit and loss (P&L) knowledge, and scheduling.
- A desire to be part of a winning team.
- Loyalty and dependability.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a good personality.
- Drive and motivation are valued more than extensive experience.
