Position Overview

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
$35,000 - $45,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $50,000 - $70,000/yr
Base pay is determined by interview and background
Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Responsibilities
Establish strong, lasting customer relationships and follow up with customers.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.
Requirements
Ability to commute daily to our office in Vestavia Hills, AL
Have a current/active Alabama Property and Casualty sales License Required
2 years of active insurance sales and customer service experience Preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem resolution
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a close team environment
