Call By Call Inside Sales Representative

Fusion Plumbing And Air is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call By Call Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to prospective customers, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and qualify leads
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Provide product information and assist customers with their inquiries
• Pursue new business opportunities
• Maintain a strong customer focus reflective of the company values while driving employee engagement, and customer satisfaction through high quality service.
• Working with Sales Manager to develop service tech budget that will produce the necessary revenue needed at the profit levels required to achieve profitability goals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing
• Prior field Plumbing and/or HVAC experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meet and exceed client expectations for service
• Meet predetermined goals for efficiency and quality
• Maintain a professional image that sets the example for professional service people
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Want to learn new ideas, methods and perspectives

• Compensation: $70K plus performance pay
