GENERAL FUNCTION:

  • Provide support in planning, formulating, editing, developing, and publishing finished products, e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings, correspondences and other presentations (technical and non-technical) in the media and format requested.
  • Assist in arranging and supporting various management operations actions to include meeting attendance and preparation of meeting minutes.
  • Assist in developing and preparing briefings in the required format to provide status on management operations initiatives for review and approval by the USG.
  • Assist with development of documentation in support of USG initiatives.
  • Assist in compiling and analyzing data (to include statistical data); documenting findings; identifying potential problems and presenting recommendations to the USG.
  • Provide assistance with management of assigned programs by conducting surveys, requesting Staff Assistance Visit inspections, and conducting in-house training programs to ensure proper execution of administrative programs.
  • Aid in developing and implementing procedures to track program status and maintain program health.
  • Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships with co-workers, and customers.
  • Assist in the communication of requirements and provide guidance to USG and company personnel. 
  • Attend required training, meetings, and functions as related to the assigned tasks.
  • Provide support to the USG on policy and execute directives through established procedures for associated programs.
  • Provide support to ensure assigned members are aware of individual requirements established by law and/or policy.
  • Assist with ensuring the unit program compliance with regulations, laws, policies, and USG guidance.
  • Aid in gathering and compiling data and preparing reports for the USG.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills: 

  • BA Degree and at least 3 - 5 years of experience related to the position requirements.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs (including Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
