Job DescriptionAdministrativeP.H. Works, Inc. is a licensed plumbing company seeking an experienced Admin. Candidate must be energetic, friendly, dependable, and professional with a polite demeanor and positive attitude. Previous experience working in an office setting required. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering calls
Process customer invoices and payments
Collect payments and updating customer accounts
Maintain account receivable records
Filing
Other misc. office/admin/clerical items as assigned
Qualifications:
customer service: 1 year
Office administration: 1 year
Receptionist: 1 year
Ability to work under pressure
Computer and Microsoft Office proficient
Great verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Can type at a minimum speed of 50 WPM (words per minute)
People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction
