Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations in Astoria, OR. The General Manager will play a key role in driving business growth leading sales efforts, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company, overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to achieve company objectives and targets.
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
  • Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to drive profitability and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the HVAC-R industry.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of success driving business growth, managing P&L, and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of HVAC-R systems, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
