Key Responsibilities:

• Cultural Ambassador: Promote and uphold P1 Dental Partners' culture, clinical philosophies, and initiatives.
• Training & Accountability: Partner with Office Managers (OMs) and RDOs to train and ensure adherence to the clinical standard of care for hygiene initiatives.
• Clinical Performance: Focus on improving clinical outcomes and performance within the FHT's home office.
• Collaboration: Build strong relationships with office managers, lead and associate dentists, and hygienists to foster buy-in and implement changes.
• Virtual Meetings: Conduct and participate in virtual meetings as required and provide detailed recaps to the office team, RDO, and VP of Hygiene.
• Feedback & Satisfaction: Gather feedback from the clinical team to enhance provider satisfaction.
• Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors to support team training initiatives.
• Company Training Events: Attend and participate in company training events.

• Licensed Dental Hygienist Currently Employed at P1 Dental Partners
• Commitment to the weekly coaching time allotment for the FHT role
• Ability to travel within a designated region during non-clinical hours
