Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Hybrid: Will require to go onsite 1-2 times per month to Reston, VA. DMV WV candidates only.
Duration: 6 months CTH
Essential Functions
This resource will work with the technical team to understand the business context, handle alerts, analyze logs, and address system issues. Will also be working with Data Dog, Splunk, and BigPanda for performance monitoring.
Top Five Skills Required
• 3 years of experience monitoring and supporting java based applications
• 8 years of overall IT experience
• Experience with ONE of the below enterprise monitoring tools;
o Splunk
o BigPanda
o Datadog
• Effective communication skills for managing and responding to incoming support tickets.
Nice to have skills
• Prior experience working in healthcare
• Knowledgeable in automation scripts using Python
Education
Bachelor's degree in information technology-related field
