Duties:
· Research historic building data
· Documenting on-going deterioration in building components
· Researching materials, and construction methods
· Production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
· Organizing technical data provided by representatives of material manufacturers
· Documenting and presenting extend of defects and applicable repair methods
· Preparing written reports of existing conditions and proposed repairs
· Providing documentation, detailed instructions and renderings systems including his artistic contributions to present the proposed repair systems to the clients
· Assist design professionals to determine whether proposed repairs comply with local and international laws, regulations, or standards
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or related field.
· 2 years of experience in positions such as project manager, construction manager, or related.
· 1 year experience in restoration & design
· 1 year experience in historic building research
Salary: From $67,434.00 per year to $67.434.00 per year
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $67,434.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Midtown New York, NY: Relocate before starting work (Required)
