PACE North is Hiring a Caring Receptionist, Full-Time Near Traverse, MI

Description

Are you an awesome administrative professional with a caring and calming demeanor? Would you like to work in an organization where you’re valued for your contribution and have real work-life balance? Do you have a call to serve the senior community in our region? Read on, PACE North might be just the opportunity for you!

What is PACE North? PACE stands for Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly. We are a new and unique option for individuals 55 and older who qualify for nursing facility level of care and wish to remain in their homes as they age. What does that mean? We care for the elderly daily both at our state-of-the-art day center on Garfield near Hammond during regular business hours and as needed in their home. Never heard of us before. That’s okay, we’re new to the region. We began serving the elderly in 2019 and our service model is so popular it’s growing quickly!

Do we have benefits? Yes! Our full-time team members enjoy regular daytime work schedules, no scheduled weekends, plentiful PTO, and paid holidays. We also have great insurance benefits with health insurance available immediately upon hire and a 401k plan with matching contributions. Our dental insurance is free for all team members with a buy-up option if you need more. Finally, PACE North has a great team of professionals who are a joy to work with!!

What does a Receptionist at PACE North do? As you can imagine, the Receptionist is the face of PACE! You're the first voice people hear and the first friendly and compassionate face they see when they enter the building. Your role includes providing a professional greeting to all who call or enter the building, helping them get to the right person or department, and providing great administrative support to the PACE North team. You can expect to use a wide range of software, including Microsoft 365 and phone systems. Finally, you'll be able to provide PACE North participants and team members with the most cheerful and professional service they've ever received!

Requirements

What qualifications should you bring to the table? We’re looking for that special person who loves serving others with a positive, professional, collaborative approach. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a CPR certification (we can help train if needed!) and prefer approximately 1 year of office administrative and/or customer service experience. This is an awesome role if you enjoy serving others and are great at helping those who may need a little extra help achieve awesome outcomes! Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with an inspirational, motivational, and humble approach!
