EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Reports To: CEO
Location: Glen Rock, PA (Training in York, PA)

What You Will Be Doing:
The Executive Assistant supports the CEO by performing a variety of administrative, customer service, and operational tasks to contribute to the overall growth and success of PACE Resources Federal Credit Union.
Training and Hours:
Training Location: Main Office in York, PA
Primary Work Location: Branch Office in Glen Rock, PA
Preferred Schedule: Four 7-hour days (28 hours/week) Monday through Thursday (open for discussion)
Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
- Possible fill in for the CEO at York Office location at times.
- Travel to the York Office periodically to pick up money and transport documents.
- Post ATM/ACH/Share Drafts daily (8:00 AM – 9:30 AM).
- Serve as the Branch office teller.
- Answer telephone.
- Process applications for new accounts, loans, and other credit union services.
- Assist with opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts.
- Support members through the loan application process, including:
- Gathering and reviewing background information
- Calculating debt-to-income ratios
- Preparing loan documentation for approved loans
- Disbursing loan proceeds
- Cross-sell credit union services to members.
- Assist members with balancing account.
- Research and resolve member service questions and issues.
- Submit quarterly NCUA Call Reports.
- Balance and reconcile bank accounts.
- Print and upload e-statements.
- Create advertising documents, newsletters, and other marketing materials using Microsoft Word and Publisher.
- Pull in and post Visa Settlement Sheets.
- Manage Visa Fraud Cases.
- Handle BSA/CTR/SAR/OFAC/FinCen Reporting.
- Complete monthly TruStage Insurance tasks.
- Prepare Month End Reports and Financials for Board of Directors.
- Manage the credit union’s website, Internet Teller, and social media (e.g., Facebook).
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year experience (preferred).
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and financial figures.
- Account experience is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, dependable and trustworthy.
