Your addition will be an impactful one, as you work closely with management and employees “on the front line” providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advise on complex employee relations issues such as conflict management, internal investigations, benefits, and organizational development. Here’s what you’ll be doing…
· Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
· Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
· Effectively manage workplace investigations
· Provide subject matter expertise around a new benefits roll-out, drive communications, and navigate employee inquiries related to that phase.

Important Job Details:
· The hourly pay rate is $45-55/hr. (DOE)
· 3 month contract, with a possibility of an extension and/or FTE consideration.
· Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
o Hybrid
o Required to occasionally work onsite, when conducting an investigation.
o Must have reliable transportation and pay for your own parking when working onsite.
o Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, and drug screen (including THC).
